　　9月PMI指数继续保持回升，但幅度缩小，表明经济仍处于温和复苏阶段，但上升动力不强，未来经济增长总体呈现平稳走势的可能性比较大。李总理表示前3季度GDP增速超7.5%， 3季度 GDP增速预计将小幅度反弹至7.5%以上。但基于9月PMI季节性回升偏弱、发电增速下滑、流动性紧缩冲击等因素，预计经济小幅反弹是短期现象，四季度经济增速将趋于平稳缓和。
