上海证券交易所2014年12月8日发布公告：根据2014年12月5日各证券公司上报和信用帐户持有数据，我所发现一拖股份(601038)融资监控指标已达26.262％。依照《上海证券交易所融资融券业务实施细则》第六章第四十九条的相关规定，我所将从2014年12月8日起暂停该标的证券的融资买入，恢复时间将另行通知。

根据相关规定，我公司与上海证券交易所同步暂停一拖股份(601038)融资买入，恢复时间另行通知。
