　　中国证券投资者保护基金昨日公布的数据显示，上周(8月12-16日)，证券市场交易结算资金银证转账净转出38亿元，为连续两周净流出。截至上周末，证券市场交易结算资金余额为6400亿元，上周平均余额为6490亿元。

　　具体来看，上周证券市场交易结算资金银证转账增加额为1476亿元，减少额为1514亿元，净转出金额为38亿元。由于8月首周银证转账净流入31亿元，次周净流出79亿元，因此8月前半个月银证转账净流出86亿元。
