　　新年伊始，沪深两市又拉开年报披露工作的帷幕。中小板企业沃华医药拔得头筹，将在1月15日率先披露。不过，目前已有千余家企业提前披露去年经营业绩，总体上看，业绩报喜公司家数过半。

　　证券时报数据部统计显示，截至1月8日，沪深两市共有1066家上市公司披露业绩快报或业绩预告。其中，业绩报喜(含预增和扭亏)的公司共有598家，约占全部已预告业绩公司的56.1%；业绩报忧(含预减和亏损)的公司有325家，约占三成；业绩基本持平的公司有121家；另有22家公司公告尚未能确定去年全年业绩。
