　　“这周的上市公司股东和高管们的减持情况着实吓了我一跳。”一名有着十余年股市从业经历的沪上私募人士于上周末说道。

　　在A股2012年年报和2013年一季报披露季于4月底谢幕后，产业资本(包括持股5%以上大股东和上市公司董事、监事、高管)上周(5月6日至5月10日)的净减持额达到50亿元，刷新了2010年11月15日以来的单周新高。
