上周五，股指大幅下挫，房地产板块却逆市上扬。宝安地产、泰禾集团、嘉凯城的强势涨停，显示机构仍在大举买进地产股。而1月份公布的基金去年四季报显示，去年四季度公募基金大举加仓了地产股。

宝安地产、泰禾集团、嘉凯城上周五均强势涨停。交易数据显示，上周五机构在大举加仓这几只二线地产股。
