　　监管部门倡导上市公司积极回报股东的政策终见成效。越来越多的公司实施现金分红，并且尝试采取多种形式回报股东。

　　证券时报记者统计发现，截至4月24日，沪深两市1649家公司分配方案派现总额达到5945.48亿元，实施现金分红的公司家数已超过去年全年的1613家，分红总额接近于去年全年。
