中科金财1803.69万股限售股28日起上市

中科金财(002657)周日晚间发布公告称，公司1803.69万股首次公开发行前已发行股份将于2013年2月28日起上市流通，占公司总股本的25.84%。

公告显示，本次申请解除股份限售的股东人数为6人，其中自然人股东2人，法人股东4人。
