卡奴迪路825万股限售股28日起上市流通

卡奴迪路(002656)周日晚间发布公告称，公司825万股首次公开发行前已发行股份将于2013年2月28日起上市流通，占公司总股本的8.25%。

公告显示，本次申请解除限售的股东为2名，分别为自然人股东杨厚威和法人股东广州星海正邦投资管理有限公司。
