年内首现资金“失血” 3月A股存量资金下降200亿

　　在新股发行没有恢复的情况下，A股市场出现了明显的资金外流。这个情况在往年非常罕见。

　　由申万研究所和上海证券报联合推出的股市月度资金报告显示，2013年3月末A股市场的存量资金约为1.07万亿元左右，比上一个月减少200亿元。其中，个人投资者保证金的外流成为当月资金失血的主要原因。
