软控股份(002073)12月27日晚间公告，公司于12月27日收到公司董事长、实际控制人袁仲雪关于首次增持公司股票完成的通知，袁仲雪于12月26日、27日通过证券交易系统增持公司股份共计990，986股，增持平均价格约为6.94元/股，约占公司总股本的0.13%。

本次增持后，截至2012年12月27日，袁仲雪持有公司股份144，725，486股，占公司股份总额的19.50%。

软控股份股价近日震荡上行，今日收涨0.87%，报6.99元。
